Public liability insurance is also available to cover accidental injury and property damage caused to third parties as well as damage to equipment and infrastructure.
Yes, coverage can be extended for events anywhere in the world, subject to risk assessment. However, public liability insurance for organisers is not available for the USA and Canada.
Cancellation cover for adverse weather must be arranged at the latest 14 days prior to the start of the event. In all cases, we would advise you to take out cover at the earliest opportunity, as it is no more expensive if it is taken out well in advance.
